Broumovské stavební sdružení s.r.o. /Broumov building association Ltd./ is a private building firm, performing general contract deliveries of building constructions including their appropriate service. The field of activity of this firm is following: realization of buildings, their adaptations and removal, project and constructional design works, purchase of goods for the purpose of its further sale and the sale, road motor freight transport.
Two firms, since 1992 jointly engaged in business within the frame of Broumovské stavební sdružení, merged early in 1995 and have established a limited company.
The registered office, design office and technical base of the firm are in Broumov, the firm sphere of action are regions of Broumov, Police, Hronov, Náchod and Teplice. More than 50 employees are currently at our disposal, as well as necessary building machinery, offices and shop facilities.
Since March of 1995 we have got our own design and engineering office, which provides complete services for preparatory works, design and construction including drawing up all stages of project documentation, arranging for all administration necessary for building permissions, cooperation during constructional realization up to the building acceptance.
The basic established staff lay stress on preparatory works as well as building performances of a high grade. You can make certain of the quality of our work and soundness of our firm at our established clients, among which pertain e.g.: Veba a.s. Broumov, Kovopol a.s. Police nad Metují, Strojtex a.s. Meziměstí, Rádio Metuje s.r.o. Náchod, Stef a.s. Broumov, the Towns of Broumov and Meziměstí and other communities in the region of Broumov and another firms.
We work in partnership with a range of specialists and experts in the branch (Knauf, Caparol, Schiedel, Bramac, Schomburg, Velux, Wienerberger, Isover).
When performing construction contracts in our region, we cooperate firstly with local firms.
Within our complete building service we provide plumber´s, electrician´s and tiller´s works, carpentry, joinery, paintworks, repairs of roofs and lightning protection systems. Our personnel is duly trained in carrying out system structures (mounted plasterboard structures, systems of external building insulation, chimney systems and others) and the quality of their work has been systematic controlled and tested.
We incorporate into constructed buildings progressive materials and techniques. Our employees are sent to trainings arranged by manufacturers or importers of the materials used and therethrough we endeavour to achieve steady professional development of our staff.
